Can Drinkfinity products be shipped to my country?

At present, Drinkfinity products are available in the US and a number of European countries.  But our aim is to be a global movement. To get the scoop on when Drinkfinity will be available in your country, keep an eye on the website and social media channels.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Follow the steps in the checkout page. When you continue to the shipping method page you can find the shipping costs that are calculated for your location and your order.

How will I know if my order has been successful?

After you've made your purchase keep an eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email. We'll send this when your order has been processed by our system - usually within minutes. If you haven't received it, get in touch with us via our contact form, and we'll check the status of your order.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse - this may take a few days, depending on the shipping option you've chosen.  We'll include a handy tracking information link so that you can monitor the progress of your order along the way. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order or the shipping confirmation email, get in touch with us and we'll follow up.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Drinkfinity products are shipped via your local courier or by DHL and may take between 3-5 business days to arrive - unless you've opted for 2-day or overnight shipping.

If you choose for shipping with DHL your package will arrive within 1-3 business days.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you can use your track and trace code that was sent to you via our confirmation email that we sent to you when you ordered.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
